Problem: A local business owner was unable to rank online for prospects needing pool service in and around Celebration, Florida.

 

Solution: I researched his competition, formed an SEO strategy and provided all correlating copy and meta data, which was implemented in collaboration with a very talented art director.

 

Result: #1 on search engine results page (SERP) for "Celebration Florida pool cleaner."

Getting Business

 

Problem: Grande Lakes Orlando needed to promote the campus to business groups in a manner that was appropriate to both the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton brands.

 

Solution: I conferred with the respective GMs to find a workable compromise, created the tagline "Where Great Names Meet" and collaborated to produce a website and high-end collateral that GLO reps could use to land new business.

 

Result: Ability to effectively communicate to business and convention travelers and, ultimately, new heads on beds.

Getting Heard

 

Problem: ImageSoft, a Fiserv company, had developed a solution that would enable banks to interface new technologies with legacy systems. But the client couldn't get banks to pay attention.

 

Solution: I conceptualized an unorthodox solution and collaborated with art, account and production to create a targeted direct marketing campaign that was sent to key decision-makers at top financial institutions.

 

Result: Curiosity led to critical conversations. Sales jumped and continued to increase throughout my involvement with the company.
